YOU HAVE (2) OPTIONS ON HOW TO DELETE SUBSCRIBER ACCOUNTS

 

 

 IF YOU PRESENTLY HAVE REMOTE DEALER ACCESS, PLEASE USE THE 'DELETE' OPTION LOCATED IN YOUR DEALER ACCESS MAIN MENU TO DELETE SELECTED ACCOUNTS AT NO CHARGE.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE REMOTE DEALER ACCESS, PLEASE USE THE MANUAL DELETION REQUEST PROCESS BELOW.

 

 

CLICK HERE to have us DELETE ACCOUNT(S) completely from your Dealer group.

Account(s) are completely removed from the data base.  HOWEVER, this requires you to either disconnect the phone line or remove the panel as additional signals will automatically place the acocunt backinto your Dealer group as a UNKNOWN INACTIVE account.
